The only exceptions are returns from Alaska and Hawaii, which will not be credited for the $10.00 freight surcharge, and returns from Canada, which will not be credited for the $45.00 surcharge. Refunds are issued when the returned package is received and inspected, and should be credited within 10 working days after receipt, depending on the payment method. Returns are at the expense of Perfectlinens.com, with the same exceptions for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Customers will be notified by email once their credit has been issued.

In terms of shipping, Perfectlinens.com uses the US Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx for deliveries, and only to actual street addresses. They do not deliver to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Customers are notified by email as soon as their item is picked up, informing them of the carrier and the estimated arrival date of their order. At the moment, deliveries are only made to the United States and Canada.
